Pursuant to Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company installs and operates video surveillance devices for the following purposes.

※ For facilities with more than 30 parking spaces, devices may be installed and operated under Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Rule of the Parking Lot Act.

Section 7 · Response to Data Subjects’ Requests to Access Video Data

If you wish to access, confirm the existence of, or delete your personal video data, you may make a request to the operator of the video surveillance devices at any time. However, this is limited to personal video data in which you were recorded and personal video data that is clearly necessary to protect the data subject’s life, body, or property in an urgent situation. If you request access, confirmation of existence, or deletion of personal video data, the clinic will take the necessary action without delay.

Video data processed by the clinic is securely managed through measures such as encryption.
Tiered Access Permissions

As an administrative measure to protect personal video data, the clinic assigns access permissions to personal information on a tiered basis.
Access Log Management

To prevent forgery or alteration of personal video data, we record and manage the date and time the data was created, as well as the purpose, person, and date and time of each access.

This Video Surveillance Device Operation and Management Policy was established on May 22, 2017. If content is added, deleted, or modified due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, we will announce the reason and details of the change on our website at least 7 days before it takes effect.
