Forehead Reduction and Forehead Lift in One Procedure

What Is Four Seasons Forehead Reduction Surgery?

We determine the length and extent of the forehead reduction according to your individual facial proportions
to create a more refined look.

A wide forehead can throw off the overall balance of the face and give a disharmonious impression.Four Seasons forehead reduction surgery corrects the hairline within a safe range: to preserve the hair follicles, the hairline scalp is incised at a 45-degree angle, a portion is removed,
and the remaining scalp is moved toward the forehead.

45-degree incision that preserves hair roots

By incising diagonally in line with the direction of hair growth, damage to the hair roots and hair can be reduced.

    No Endotine or fixation screws
    03

    NO Endotine

Permanent results can be achieved with sutures alone, without Endotine or fixation screws. Because no fixation devices are used, foreign-body sensation, palpable hardware, and infection can be reduced.

  4. Diagram showing the range of the supraorbital nerve with a red dotted line and labels over a forehead photo

    Nerve preservation and minimal damage

The supraorbital nerve, which governs scalp sensation, is left undisturbed as much as possible to reduce loss of scalp sensation.

Forehead Reduction Procedure

The procedure proceeds in four steps, from designing the incision range to triple-layer suturing.

  1. Photo of a zigzag incision line designed and marked on the forehead
    STEP 1

    Incision range design

A natural, irregular zigzag line is designed to match the forehead proportions

  2. Diagram with the supraorbital nerve position marked by red labels on a forehead photo, overlaid with the incision line
    STEP 2

    Forehead tissue removal

After the forehead skin is excised, the forehead tissue is removed while the frontalis muscle and supraorbital nerve are preserved

  3. Forehead photo with arrows showing the direction in which the scalp is released, pulled forward, and fixed
    STEP 3

    Scalp release and fixation

After release using an endoscope, the scalp is expanded, advanced, and firmly fixed forward

  4. Forehead photo after suturing, with no visible incision line
    STEP 4

    Triple-layer suturing
