MIDDLE-AGED EYE SURGERY

Eye Surgery for Mature Eyes

Shed the signs of time, restore youthful vitality

For mature eyes, the right surgery depends on your concern.

  • Upper Blepharoplasty

    • When the upper eyelid droops and covers the eye
    • When the double eyelid line has faded
    • When the eyes look small and heavy
    • When drooping eyelids obstruct your vision
  • Lower Blepharoplasty

    • When under-eye fat bulges out
    • When severe dark circles make you look tired
    • When the under-eye area looks hollow and uneven
    • When the under-eye skin is loose and sagging
  • Sub-brow Lift

    • When the skin between the brow and eye sags
    • When the upper eyelid looks thick and heavy
    • When drooping at the outer corner of the eye is a concern
    • When you want to improve drooping eyelids without significantly changing the shape of your eyes

If one procedure alone is not enough, a combined approach tailored to the condition of the eye area may be considered.

Which procedure is right for me?

Upper eyelid, under the eye, below the brow. Each of these three areas is treated with a different procedure. Select an area to jump to the surgical method for that procedure.

The area below the brow is addressed by sub-brow lift, the upper eyelid by upper blepharoplasty, and the lower eyelid by lower blepharoplasty.

Upper Blepharoplasty

As eyelids lose elasticity with age, the skin sags and wrinkles increase, which can make the eyes look heavy and tired.Upper blepharoplasty improves drooping eyelids and, when needed, trims excess skin to create clearer, more comfortable-looking eyes.It can help not only with cosmetic changes but also with the functional discomfort caused by drooping eyelids.

Lower Blepharoplasty

As the skin under the eyes loses elasticity with aging, it sags and wrinkles deepen, and under-eye fat bulges out, which can create a tired, older-looking impression.Lower blepharoplasty improves sagging under-eye skin and protruding fat to create a smooth, firm under-eye area.Beyond the aesthetic improvement of under-eye wrinkles and sagging, it helps achieve a natural improvement in appearance tailored to each person's under-eye condition.

Sub-brow Lift

When aging causes the skin between the brow and eye to sag, the upper eyelid becomes heavy and the eyes can look tired and closed-in.Sub-brow lift trims loose skin beneath the brow and lifts the drooping eyelid upward to create clearer, more open-looking eyes.It improves drooping eyelids while minimizing changes to the double eyelid line, for a natural change in appearance.
