Square Jaw Removal

This surgery removes the angle beneath the ear. It is simple in concept but technically difficult. Depending on the angle of the cut, the result may look unnatural, the effect after surgery may be small, or a secondary angle may form.

In other words, square jaw removal changes the side profile, creating a small, slim facial line and a softer face shape.

Cortical Incision

This surgery is intended to maximize the effect from the front. Of the bone's three-layer structure, only the outermost layer, the cortex, is removed to reduce thickness and decrease the overall jaw area.

It is an essential technique for making a large face smaller.

Muscle Resection

The muscle needs to be reduced along with the bone to avoid sagging. Performing this together with square jaw surgery can deliver dramatic results.

Surgical Method
By resecting a long section of the wide lateral jawbone, starting from beneath the ear, we prevent a secondary angle in advance and create a smooth jawline.
Bleeding from tissue damage may occur, and a long recovery period is required.
Recovery Period
Fine incisions reduce tissue damage, resulting in less bleeding and swelling and a shorter recovery period.
