Full Precautions After Fillers
No Alcohol / No Smoking
- To prevent inflammation, you must avoid alcohol and cigarettes for 1 week.
Washing / Makeup
- You may wash your face and apply makeup 3 hours after the treatment. (Please keep the tape on.)
Prescribed Medication
- Inflammation may occur, so be sure to take the medication prescribed to you.
Swelling / Bruising
- Swelling, bruising at the injection site, and slight itching will disappear naturally over time.
Care
- Please avoid massaging the injection site, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 1 week. (If you also had V-Fit injections, massage only toward the V-Fit treated area.)
- Please do not touch or handle the treated area often.
- The tape on the treated area must stay on for one day. (Wash your face with the tape on.)
- If you had a forehead filler, it may look uneven for a day or two, but it will gradually settle, so there is no need to worry.
- If you had a filler at the corners of the mouth, please avoid using straws, spicy or hot food, and kissing for about 3 days.
- If pain at the injection site continues for more than a day or the area turns red, please visit the clinic.
Touch-up
- Lip, aegyo-sal (under-eye), and nose fillers can be touched up. You can book a touch-up appointment between 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment.
